Maddie Ikerd

Maddie Ikerd (Bickett) is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Medline Industries, LP since August 2017, where Maddie has also held positions as Senior Recruiter and Lead Recruiter. Prior to Medline, Maddie worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek from July 2016 to August 2017 and began their recruiting career at Vector Marketing from May 2015 to July 2016. Maddie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Indiana University Southeast between 2012 and 2016, following a high school education in General Studies at Bedford North Lawrence from 2008 to 2012.
