Paul Gerber

Paul Gerber is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Medline Industries, LP since August 2022, Paul has held significant positions including Sr. Director, Head of Audit for the Americas at Takeda, and Head of US Audit at Shire. Previous roles involve leadership in internal audit at Baxalta and Baxter Healthcare, as well as senior management positions in audit at MF Global and CNA Insurance. Starting a career at JP Morgan, Paul advanced through multiple roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, Senior Risk Advisor. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 1997 to 2001.
