Stefi Weaver

Stefi Weaver is an experienced multimedia manager and creative strategist with a strong background in project management and marketing across various leading companies in the entertainment and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Manager and Scriptwriter in the Multimedia Department at Medline Industries, LP, Stefi leads a team focused on enhancing departmental workflows and creative output. Prior roles include managing the Project Management Department at Brella Productions, where Stefi successfully adapted workflows during the pandemic, and extensive experience at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network and Harpo Productions, where Stefi contributed as a writer, producer, and project manager for various promotional marketing campaigns. Stefi's foundation in media was built through multiple roles at WTTW/Chicago PBS and an entrepreneurial venture as the owner of North Shore Personal Assistants. Stefi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis on Entertainment, Media, and Society from USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
