Kareem Aljayoushi has extensive experience in training and customer service roles, currently serving as Training Lead at Medly since January 2022. Prior to this, Kareem worked at Wayfair from July 2017 to January 2022 as both a Customer Service Trainer and Supervisor, providing frontline customer support and managing escalations. Earlier experience includes a position as Team Lead at AvantGuard Monitoring Centers from November 2015 to July 2017, overseeing live security monitoring for alarms, and serving as Event Coordinator at Hub801 from March 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included event staffing and custom event creation. Kareem holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Weber State University (2012-2018) and a High School Diploma from Hillcrest High School (2008-2012).
