Mark Riad

Mark Riad is an experienced professional in client relations and management, currently serving as CRM Team Manager and Client Relations Unit Head at Medmark Egypt since March 2015. Mark has held various positions within the company, including Client Relations Senior Advisor and Membership Advisor. Prior to Medmark, Mark gained experience in retail sales at Orange Egypt from June 2011 to September 2013 and worked as a Sales Representative at Xerox for a brief period in 2009. Mark's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Alexandria University, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor's degree from Alexandria Language School, earned in 2006.
