Tim Cox

Tim Cox has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the insurance and telemarketing industries. Tim is currently the Director of Operations at MedMutual Protect since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kemper for 15 years, where they held positions such as Director of Operations at Kemper Health and Director, Sales & Customer Service at Kemper Select/Kemper Direct. Tim also worked at Merastar Insurance Company as Manager, Sales Operations from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked at Prudential Financial/Merastar Insurance Company as Manager Telemarketing and at Merastar Insurance Company as Sales Manager. Tim began their career as an Operations Manager at JCPenney Telemarketing.

Tim Cox earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
