Enrique J. Sosa

Enrique J. Sosa, Ph.D., was elected as a Director in May 2004. Dr. Sosa, who is presently retired, served as President of BP Amoco Chemicals from January 1999 to April 1999. From 1995 to 1998, he was Executive Vice President of Amoco Corporation. Prior to joining Amoco, Dr. Sosa served as Senior Vice President of The Dow Chemical Company, President of Dow North America and a member of its Board of Directors. Dr. Sosa was a director of FMC Corporation from June 1999 until April 2012 and a director of Northern Trust Corporation from April 2007 until April 2012.
