Filbert Tan

Head of Product (HealthTech / HRTech SaaS Product) at Mednefits

Filbert Tan has worked in the corporate healthcare industry since 2014. In 2014, they joined AXA as a Distribution Transformation Executive and Digital Account Executive, where they supported bancassurance distribution channels and digitalised traditional insurance distribution models. Filbert also partnered with various top financial institutions in the region, such as CITIBANK, HSBC, OCBC, and AMEX, and designed and crafted customised personal insurance products for each unique bank partner. In 2015, they joined Medicloud Singapore as Chief Marketing Officer. Finally, in 2016, they joined Mednefits as Head of Product and Design and Marketing Director, where they were involved in company branding, shaping product design, and marketing, and believed in using design thinking to change how corporate healthcare should work.

Filbert Tan attended Curtin University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance.
