Rick Jennings is the Managing Director and CTO teammate at Mednet. Rick was previously the Chief Technology Officer at StayWell from November 2013 to June 2015. Rick is responsible for product software engineering, project management office, client technical support, and infrastructure operations. Rick was a member of the seven person executive team that managed Healthcare Wellness Technology, Content, and Population Health Management products to 3500+ hospitals, 150+ Health Plans, and 1600+ larger employers. Rick led the technology integration for merger of $140M and $60M separate Healthcare technology product and population health management businesses harvesting $4M in technology cost synergies. Rick managed four Agile software development teams producing revenue-carrying products using Cross Functional Teams, Three Week Iterations, and Quarterly/Annual product roadmaps. Rick also managed 112 Technology Professionals and $17M in budget for all revenue bearing Microsoft. Net based products. Rick established enterprise-wide Project Management Office, Software Engineering, SQA, and Technology Infrastructure Operations functions and processes for combined company. Lastly, they established Client Technical Service organization and processes for client implementation, go-live, and post go-live support.
Rick Jennings has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Stanford University.
