Prior to this, Raj held roles at Genpact, including Assistant Vice President - QA/Compliance Quality Lead, where they were responsible for ensuring computer system validation, developing AI/ML-based software, and maintaining defined quality management system processes. Raj Nandhan also served as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Genpact. Earlier in their career, Raj worked as a Quality Manager at Genisys Group, Consultant at Siemens, and Lead-SEPG at Tavant Technologies. Their work experience also includes various roles in development, testing, and QA at multiple organizations.
