Shai is co-founder and Chief Operations Officer at Medorion, bringing 15 years of experience as a business analyst and technology expert, and has dedicated ten years to developing population health programs. Shai defines our company-wide goals with a forward-thinking approach to every product feature and establishes cross-department expansion activities. Highly knowledgeable and well-versed in public speaking, Shai has the capacity to break down complex technical concepts into smart business strategies in a way that inspires teams and clients.

Shai earned a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in industrial engineering and management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel.
