Marine Benech has worked in various roles across the media and marketing industry since 2006. In 2006, they began their career as an Assistant Chargée de Communication at EPCC LA CONDITION PUBLIQUE. In 2007, they became a Chargée de Production at AGDL. In 2008, they were an Assistant Chef de Produit at Naïve Records, where they were responsible for preparing productions, writing sales arguments, and creating products. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Wagram Music and Oxygem (Groupe M6) as a Chef de Produit and Chef de Produit Web, respectively. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Responsable Monétisation et Acquisition at Reworld Media, where they were responsible for increasing revenue and audience for the company's sites. Finally, in 2017, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Medoucine, a network of trusted and qualified therapists.

Marine Benech obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Marketing & e-Business from OMNES Education in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master Ingenierie artistique et culturelle from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2008, with a field of study in Management de projet culturel.
