Austin Lemaster

Austin LeMaster has a diverse work experience in the field of security. Austin is currently the Head of Security at Medpace since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at R+L Carriers as the Corporate Security Manager from March 2016 to November 2021. Before that, they held roles at Macy's as the Sr. Asset Protection Manager for the Flagship Store from March 2015 to March 2016, and for the High Risk Store from November 2013 to March 2015. Austin also worked at Target as the Executive Team Leader of Assets Protection for a High Risk Store from September 2009 to November 2013.

Austin LeMaster earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Organizational Leadership from Miami University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Active Shooter: What You Can Do, Emergency Planning, Incident Command Systems, Workplace Security Awareness, Gallagher Access Technician Training, Advanced Interview and Interrogation Techniques, and Interview and Interrogation Techniques.
