Ben Whitfield

Ben Whitfield is currently the Associate Director of Account Management (Commercial Finance) at Medpace. A CIMA qualified chartered accountant, Ben has a proven track record in Financial Business Partnering and has held significant roles in operations finance across multiple organizations, including ICON plc and PRA Health Sciences. Ben's experience includes managing client portfolios, driving process improvements, and building strong stakeholder relationships. They began their career in finance with a training placement at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, where they became the first undergraduate Finance Trainee. Ben holds a BA in Business Studies with Accounting and Finance from the University of the West of England.
