Elizabeth Skinner

Elizabeth Skinner, MS, RD, LD, is currently a Regulatory Submissions Coordinator at Medpace, where they play a key role in clinical trial management and study start-up processes. With approximately seven years of combined experience in research and acute clinical care settings, Elizabeth previously served as a Clinical Dietitian at Morrison Healthcare and conducted Master's thesis research at The Ohio State University. They also completed a dietetic internship and worked as a group fitness instructor during their academic journey, earning a Master of Science in Allied Medicine - Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University.
