Susan Grundy

Susan Grundy has extensive work experience in the clinical research and development field. Susan started their career at Ethicon Endo-Surgery in 1993 as a Manager of Recruitment and Team Development. After working there for four years, they joined Kendle in 1997 as a Director of Strategic Accounts. Susan then moved to Medpace in 2007, where they held various roles including Director of Strategic Accounts and Executive Director of Business Development. At Medpace, they were responsible for building strategic partnerships with sponsors to advance drug and medical device clinical development. Susan has a strong background in maximizing efficiencies and accelerating drug and device development.

Susan Grundy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from West Virginia University, where they attended from 1968 to 1972. Susan later pursued a Master of Science degree in Education Administration from The Ohio State University, which they completed from 1973 to 1975.
