Dustin Hilton

Dustin Hilton currently serves as a Practice Growth Expert at MedPB. Dustin has over five years of experience in sales, building relationships with C-Suite executives, and closing multi-million dollar business deals.

Previously, Dustin worked as an Assistant Vice President / Account Executive at First American Equipment Finance from September 2011 to May 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing two territories encompassing 5 states, successfully organizing quarterly business trips, and assisting team members with proposal generation, pricing, communication verbiage, virtual meeting preparation, and territory trip planning. Dustin was also a member of President's Club for attaining 119% of sales goal in 2013.

During their time at First American Equipment Finance, Dustin earned the professional designation of CLFP (Certified Lease and Finance Professional). The CLFP designation is the preeminent credential for equipment leasing and financing professionals throughout the world who have demonstrated competency through testing of knowledge, continuing education and a commitment to their business practices and dedication to the industry.

Dustin Hilton attended Roberts Wesleyan University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Dustin then obtained certification from the CLFP Foundation as a Certified Lease & Finance Professional.

Dustin Hilton reports to Kevin St. Clergy, Partner & Chief Practice Development Officer. They work with Andrea Garment - Practice Growth Expert, Kim Cafaro - Practice Growth Expert, and Kristina Pelly-Filocamo - Practice Growth Expert.
