Matthew Palmer has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Matthew began as a Sales Associate at the University of Colorado Boulder bookstore. In 2015, they became a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Irvine. In 2016, they held positions as a Recreation Leader II at the City of Costa Mesa and an Electronics Sales Associate at Target. In 2017, they were a Field Expert at Enjoy Technology, Inc. and a Senior Recreation Leader at the City of Newport Beach. Since 2019, they have been a Records Specialist at The Legacy Lawyers and a Customer Support Specialist at Medplace. In each role, they have been responsible for a variety of tasks, such as managing client and customer support questions, facilitating resolutions, training operations staff, creating and updating standard operating procedures, creating and managing spreadsheets and forms, educating customers on technology products, teaching them how to use the products, creating presentations for continual learning, overseeing children in an after school program, and helping customers find what they need in a store.
Matthew Palmer is currently enrolled at Arizona State University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering. Matthew is expected to complete their degree in 2023. Palmer has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Deploy Windows 10 with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2013, Windows 10 Administration, Windows 10 Fundamentals for IT Pros, and Windows 10 Networking Fundamentals, all of which were obtained in October 2016.
