Gwen Frane

Gwen Frane began their work experience in 2014 as the Internal Vice President for Theta Phi Alpha, where they conducted weekly meetings and developed a guide to improve communication on chapter standards. From 2013 to 2018, Gwen worked multiple roles including as a Lifeguard at Club North Pointe and RecSports at Indiana University, as well as a Tennis Instructor at Lifetime Sports Academy. Gwen also worked as a Student Associate at the American College of Healthcare Executives from 2015 to 2018. In 2017, Gwen joined Wildwood Racquet Club as the Bar Manager, where they maintained inventory, hired and trained bartenders, and coordinated special events. Most recently, Gwen worked at MedPro Group, starting as an Associate Underwriter in 2018 and receiving a promotion to Associate Underwriter II in 2019. In this role, they managed 122 accounts and brought in $35,599,584 in premium annually. In 2020, Gwen became a Business Analyst for MedPro Specialty.
