Michele Allen

Michele Allen is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Leader at MedPro Group since 2021. Prior to this role, Michele held the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at Arch Insurance Group Inc. from 2018 to 2021, and served as the Sr. Director of Global Learning and Development at AIG from 2005 to 2018. Michele's earlier career includes positions as Sr. Instructional Designer at Chubb Insurance from 2000 to 2005 and as Sr. Human Resource Specialist at Verisk from 1990 to 2000. Michele holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern University.
