Beth Michel has over 14 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Beth started their career as a Quality Risk Manager at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in November 2007, where they worked until August 2012. In August 2012, they joined MedPro Group as a Resource Consultant in the Patient Safety & Risk Solutions department. Beth held this position until October 2018. From October 2018 to January 2021, Beth worked as a Data Analyst Lead in the Patient Safety & Risk Solutions team at MedPro Group. Currently, they are serving as a Clinical Risk Data Leader in the Insightful Data & Analytics team at MedPro Group, a position they have held since January 2021. In this role, they focus on managing clinical risk data-driven activities and expanding the use of coded data analytics across the organization.

Beth Michel, MLD, CPHRM completed their Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College from 1992 to 1994. Beth then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Leadership Development from the same institution, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
