Alexander Garcia

Alexander Garcia has over a decade of experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Account Manager at MedPro Systems since August 2017, Alexander has developed company-wide tracking processes for customer onboarding and conducted training sessions on MedPro products. Prior experience includes working as a Research Project Manager at Metrus Group from November 2010 to August 2017, where Alexander led teams to create a self-service reporting tool for employee engagement surveys. Earlier roles include Administrative Assistant at Alamo Insurance Group and Associate Consultant at UIC, Inc. Alexander holds an M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in Economics from Drew University.
