Kayla Molpus

Kayla Molpus, MBA, MS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in enhancing employee experiences and developing HR policies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Medrio since January 2022, Kayla previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Lyniate, where strategic initiatives such as financial wellness webinars and social events were implemented to foster employee engagement across global regions. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at Asset Panda, where Kayla was the first and sole HR professional responsible for creating policies and programs, and a similar position at Housley Communications, Inc., managing the full employee lifecycle. Kayla holds an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University, as well as a Bachelor’s in International Business from Stephen F. Austin State University.
