Marlon Traille

Marlon Traille has extensive work experience in the technology and pharmaceutical industries.

Marlon began their career at Shire Pharmaceuticals in 2006, where they worked as a Software Testing/Quality professional for a few months.

In 2006, they joined Octagon Research Solutions as a Software Support Engineer, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Java-based applications. Marlon also handled issues for both internal and external clients, using their expertise in SQL queries, Oracle administration, and VMWare environments. In their later role at Octagon Research Solutions, they served as a Presales Engineer. In this position, they developed and presented product demonstrations of Content Management/Process Management Software to potential clients in the life science industry. Marlon also responded to RFIs/RFPs and assisted with proposal responses. Marlon held these positions until 2011.

In 2012, Traille joined Oracle as a Software Support Engineer. Here, they excelled in troubleshooting and resolving issues with Clinical IVRS software and its integration with EDC software. Their role required expert knowledge of SQL and SQL Server 2008, as well as an understanding of XML and SOAP.

After four years with Oracle, Traille worked at EDETEK, Inc. as a Product Manager. Marlon was responsible for managing the organization's product line and overseeing its development and release.

Traille then joined ArisGlobal in 2017 as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where they played a crucial role in providing solutions to customers. Their expertise contributed to the success of the team until 2019 when they transitioned to Oracle once again.

Since 2019, Marlon Traille has been employed as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Oracle, where they continue to leverage their expertise in providing innovative solutions to clients.

Most recently, they joined Medrio in 2022 as a Senior Solutions Consultant, applying their knowledge and skills to support the organization and its clients.

Marlon Traille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from Southern Methodist University. Marlon also completed minors in Mathematics and Business. In addition, Marlon obtained the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification in May 2005.
