Felicia D'Innocenzo

Felicia D'Innocenzo is an experienced account representative currently with SPNet Clinical Solutions since October 2022 and has been with MedRisk since February 2017, where earlier roles included client solutions analyst and customer advocate. Prior to these positions, Felicia served as the kindergarten program director and summer camp supervisor at the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA from June 2009 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing school age programs, developing curriculum, and overseeing staff and activities. Felicia's background in sports medicine was established through a work-study position at Shippensburg University, working directly under athletic trainers.
