The Managers Team at Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS) oversees critical functional areas to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment with the organization's mission. This team consists of the Customer Service Manager, who ensures customer satisfaction and support; the Human Resources Manager, who handles employee relations and development; the Internal Audit Manager, who monitors compliance and risk management; the Sales and Marketing Manager, who drives sales strategies and market outreach; the Ag. Branding and Communications Manager, who manages the organization's public image and communication efforts; and the Credit Control Manager, who oversees credit policies and manages financial risk. Together, they ensure that MEDS continues to provide reliable, quality, and affordable essential drugs and medical supplies while supporting health services across Sub-Saharan Africa.
