Diana Ferro's work experience begins in 1997 when they worked as the Head of Business Development for European Specialty Group. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, business development, and branding for ESG Re Ltd, a global re-insurance company.

In 2001, they joined KCI Medical as the VP Regional Manager and international Marketing. Diana reported to the President KCII and was responsible for leadership and management of KCII's International Marketing Department. Diana oversaw 20 employees at the Amsterdam Headquarters and had reach to 19 country organizations and 30 distribution partners. During their tenure, KCI's overall revenues reached $450 million in the business areas of wound healing and therapeutic surfaces. Diana also had direct regional responsibility for 5 country organizations with revenues of $33 million and 140 employees.

In 2008, Diana became the CEO of MedSkin Solutions Dr. Suwelack AG, where they currently hold a position of leadership. No end date is specified.
