Henrike Lesch

Henrike Lesch has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Henrike started their career as an Assistant to the Chairman at Albingia Versicherungs-AG in 1998, where they worked until 2000. Henrike then served as a member of the Integration Office and Board Assistant at AXA from 1999 to 2000.

In 2000, Henrike joined Marsh as a Project Manager in Private Equity & M&A Services and worked there until 2002. Following this, they became a Research Analyst at Gross Consult from September 2008 to February 2009.

From 2002 to 2007, Henrike worked as a Research Assistant at Universität Hamburg. In 2009, they began their role as a Lecturer in Steering and Management, Insurance Business Administration, and General Business Administration at BWV Hamburg, which they held until 2018.

Henrike also worked as an Analyst at SCHICKLER Unternehmensberatung und Personalberatung / SCHICKLER Management Consultants from 2015 to 2020. During this time, they also served as a Research Consultant.

From 2011 to 2020, they worked as an Inspector for Insurance and Finance Specialist at Handelskammer Hamburg. In 2020, Henrike joined MedSkin Solutions Dr. Suwelack AG as a Transformation Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Communication.

From 1993 to 1998, Henrike Lesch attended the University of Hamburg, where they pursued a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau in the field of Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Henrike successfully completed their studies and obtained their Diplom degree.
