Previously, Andy held roles such as Senior Front-End Software Developer and Team Lead at Civica and Senior Front-End Developer at EMIS Health, where responsibilities included driving user experience across product families and managing front-end and server-side development. A history of freelance work as a Web Developer and Designer focused on accessible solutions for small businesses is complemented by tenures at A4e, UFI/learndirect, and Hobsons PLC, where website management and content development were key achievements. Andy holds a 2:1 degree in Business Information Systems from Anglia Ruskin University.
