Cheryl Shackelton

Cheryl Shackelton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Cheryl started their career in 2000 with Prime Restaurants Inc., where they served as an Assistant General Manager until 2005. Cheryl then joined Williams Fresh Cafe as a General Manager for a year before moving on to Prime Restaurants Inc. again as an Assistant General Manager from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Cheryl joined Cara Operations as a General Manager, where they excelled in measuring and improving key performance indicators. Cheryl later transitioned to the role of Brand Training Manager for East Side Mario's from 2013 to 2016, and then became a Senior Manager of New Restaurant Development from 2016 to 2019.

Cheryl continued to advance their career with Recipe Unlimited Corporation as the Director of Training for Swiss Chalet from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of People & Development at MedSpa Partners Inc., where they previously held the positions of Director of Integration and Director of People, Education and Leadership.

Cheryl Shackelton attended Newmarket High School from 1988 to 1992 and obtained their OSSD. Cheryl later joined Seneca Polytechnic from 1992 to 1994, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
