Rena Sharda

Rena Sharda, CPA, CMA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rena is currently the Director of Finance at MedSpa Partners Inc., a position they have held since May 2022.

Prior to their current role, Rena worked at Recipe Unlimited Corporation where they held various positions. Rena served as the FP&A Manager and Corporate Development from March 2021 to May 2022, and as a Senior Financial Analyst in Business Planning and Analysis from September 2017 to March 2021. In these roles, Rena was responsible for financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a $3.5 billion sales organization in the food service industry. Rena also supervised financial reporting and integration processes for new acquisitions.

Before joining Recipe Unlimited, Rena worked as a Financial Analyst in the IT department from August 2015 to January 2020, and as a Financial Analyst in Restaurant Development from April 2012 to July 2015.

Earlier in their career, Rena gained experience as an Accounting Consultant at Nexstanza Inc. from October 2011 to March 2012, and as a Finance Marketing Analyst at Canadian Tire from July 2010 to September 2011. Rena also worked as an Accounting Clerk General at Brisbin Brook Beynon Architects from October 2008 to July 2010, and as a CMBS Administrator at First National Financial LP from March 2007 to October 2008.

Rena Sharda, CPA, CMA completed a degree in Finance from the University of Ottawa from 2003-2007. Rena also obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from 2009-2011, specializing in Management Accounting.
