Kevin Hall possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service management across multiple industries. Since July 2014, Kevin has held various roles at MedSpeed, including General Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Supervisor, focusing on managing new client relationships and supporting the sales process. Prior to MedSpeed, Kevin served as Customer Sales Manager and Branch Manager at Advantage Rent A Car, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service and developing operational plans. Kevin also worked as a Manager Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and as Assistant Service Manager at Old Bay Steamer, emphasizing customer satisfaction and operational oversight. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of West Florida and an Associate's Degree in Business from Pensacola State College.
