Chris Langehaug

Chris Langehaug has had a long and successful career in the healthcare IT industry. Chris is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Medsphere and the President of the ChartLogic Division at Medsphere Systems. Prior to joining Medsphere, Chris was the Senior Vice President of Operations at ChartLogic, Inc., where they were responsible for the development, IT/IS/DevOps, implementation, client services, and product management teams.

During their time at ChartLogic, Chris was a change agent who drove the organization's evolution with the goal of maximizing growth and profitability. Chris also provided strategic guidance to the organization as a member of the executive team. Some of their key accomplishments while at ChartLogic include successfully transitioning the development and product management teams to agile practices, overseeing dozens of successful product releases, achieving Meaningful Use 2 Certification, evolving ChartLogic's learning management system, successfully implementing support tools such as chat and other support efficiencies, and improving satisfaction levels through various process improvements.

Chris was also instrumental in the merger of ChartLogic with Medsphere Systems Corporation as well as merging MBS/Net into the ChartLogic Division of Medsphere. Thanks to Chris's leadership, the ChartLogic Division has one of the highest product adoption and customer retention rates in the industry.

Chris Langehaug has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Western Governors University, a BS in Management from University of Phoenix, and an AS in Technical Writing & Business from Utah Valley University. Chris is certified by the Project Management Institute in PMP, PADI in Course Director, Scrum Alliance in CSM, and Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe Agilist (SA).
