Katie Sekercak

Katie Sekercak has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Katie began their career as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Charleston Area Medical Center from 2002 to 2006. Katie then moved on to work as a Director of Clinical Applications at Community Health Network of West Virginia, where they implemented RPMS EHR and developed health information technology applications from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they joined Medsphere Systems Corporation, where they have held multiple positions. Katie started as a Customer Care Clinical Analyst from 2009 to 2012, leading a team and resolving IT and clinical application issues. Katie was then promoted to Manager of Customer Care Clinical Analyst, overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and support of the CareVue OpenVista Electronic Health Record from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they serve as the Clinical Solutions Specialist Sales and Director of Clinical Sales at Medsphere Systems Corporation. In their current role, they provide product demonstrations, collaborates with various teams to ensure application stability and efficiency, and contributes to product design and release path.

Katie Sekercak attended the University of Charleston from 1999 to 2003, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In May 2003, they obtained their WV RN License from the West Virginia Board of Registered Professional Nursing.
