Gregory Felix

Gregory Felix is an IT Field Support/Desktop Support Technician at MedStar Health since August 2025, providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for clinical departments. Prior experience includes serving as a Solutions Engineer at Careerist, where Gregory facilitated customer discovery, delivered product demonstrations, and collaborated with sales and marketing teams. Gregory also worked as a Case Investigator/Contact Tracing at the Baltimore City Health Department, ensuring accurate disease surveillance data entry into the NEDSS database while maintaining patient confidentiality. Earlier roles include an Environmental Support Associate at Holliswood Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, where Gregory maintained sanitary environments and trained staff. Currently pursuing certifications in Information Technology Support Training at Per Scholas, Gregory is also continuing education at LaGuardia Community College.
