Xavier Owens

Xavier Owens, MHSA, currently serves as the Director of Operations for Ambulatory at MedStar Health, a position held since July 2020. Owens has a progressive history of roles in operations management, including senior positions at MedStar Health and an administrative fellowship. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Medical School, where Owens developed data capture systems and managed extensive databases for clinical research. Additional internships and assistantships at Sutter Health and the University of Michigan Department of Physics involved contributions to educational support and research protocols. Owens holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, and an Associate of Science in Biology from Henry Ford College.
