William "Buck" Gleason

William "Buck" Gleason has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. William "Buck" began their career in 2007 as a Paramedic and Clinical Quality Manager at MedStar Mobile Healthcare. In 2013, they took on the role of Transport Paramedic at Cook Children's Health Care System, where they were also a member of a pediatric/neonatal transport team and the Chair of the Safety Committee. In 2014, they began working as an Adjunct Instructor at Tarrant County College. In 2015, they returned to MedStar Mobile Healthcare as a Clinical Quality Coordinator, developing and managing clinical quality improvement/quality assurance processes for MedStar Mobile Healthcare and 15 First Responder Organizations, as well as contributing to education, research, and training initiatives relevant to EMS clinical quality.

William "Buck" Gleason attended Tarrant County College from 2009-2009, where they earned a degree in Paramedic in the field of Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). William "Buck" then attended UT Health San Antonio from 2012-2014, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Emergency Health Sciences.
