Paula Grech possesses extensive experience in emergency and critical care nursing, currently serving as the Lead Preceptor in both the Emergency Department and at Ascension. Since March 2021, Paula has collaborated with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans and monitor critically ill patients, while also leveraging skills gained as a Senior Paramedic at Medstar Ambulance Service since 2015. Previous roles include Emergency Room Clinical Nurse and Emergency Center Tech at Beaumont Health, where Paula demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, triage, and culturally competent care. Paula's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University, an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from St. Clair County Community College, and a Paramedic certification. With awards for exemplary service, Paula continues to contribute to professional development and critical care training.
