Wendy Scarbrough

Wendy Scarbrough has extensive experience in the medical field. Wendy began their career in 1997 as an Exercise Physiologist at Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic. In 2000, they became a Territory Manager at Biomet Orthopedics, where they were responsible for orthopaedic surgical implant sales and trauma consultative selling. In 2006, they moved to Biomedical Enterprises, Inc. (BME) as an Extremity Specialist, where they were responsible for consultative selling in the surgical setting for newly developed extremity implants. In 2008, they became the Regional Sales Manager at Impulse Monitoring, where they were responsible for promoting, maintaining and growing volume of intraoperative neuromonitoring services. In 2011, they moved to Tenex Health as the Southeast Regional Market Development Manager, where they were responsible for promoting a new orthopedic and sports medicine procedure in the ten Southeastern States. In 2012, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development at Sentient Medical Systems, where they were responsible for developing a nationwide presence in a niche, highly technical medical service marketplace. Finally, in 2015, they became the Vice President Of Marketing And Business Development at Medsurant Health, where their responsibilities included developing and maintaining business, branding, social media marketing, developing print material collateral, recruiting, and contract negotiation and execution.

Wendy Scarbrough received their Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Georgia State University between 1993 and 1995. Wendy then received their Digital Marketing Certificate from Cornell University in 2018. Lastly, they received their Associate of Science in Nutrition and Fitness from Florida State University.
