Anat Tamir

Anat Tamir is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Medtechnica Ltd. since April 2019, overseeing all HR policy and activity within the company. Prior to this role, Anat worked as an HR Manager at ILEX MEDICAL LTD from August 2010 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managerial consulting, performance management, and organizational development. Earlier experience includes positions as an HR Specialist at BDO Ziv Haft Israel, focusing on recruitment and onboarding, and conducting assessments at Pilat of Hicapital Group. Anat holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Haifa, complemented by recent leadership training from the QUATRO Leadership Lab.
