With experience spanning over two decades, Nir has held various positions such as R&D Validation Manager, Hardware R&D Engineer, and R&D HW Engineer. Known for leading and managing multidiscipline projects, Nir has a wealth of experience in designing complex boards and resolving high-speed signaling issues. Nir's expertise also extends to being a team leader in quality assurance for transponders and serving as a company representative for international telecom audits.
