Owen Phoenix

Owen Phoenix is an experienced account manager and onboarding specialist at ALIS by Medtelligent since July 2020, where responsibilities include developing tailored onboarding plans and coordinating training for large-scale clients. Prior experience as a client support specialist involved resolving technical issues and excelling in ticket management using Zendesk and Hubspot. Owen also held a customer operations specialist role at Delegate, focusing on user needs and resource coordination. As a broadcaster for Wheaton College, expertise was developed in sports analysis and communication. Leadership skills were demonstrated as captain of Wheaton College Crew, managing logistics and financial responsibilities for a team of 20-30 athletes. Additional experience includes a barista position at Bon Appetit Caterers Inc and a communication intern role with Hub City Hotshots, where social media engagement was significantly increased. Owen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Interpersonal Studies from Wheaton College, awarded in 2019.
