John Kane has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare marketing and communications. John is currently serving as the Managing Director at MedThink Communications since November 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the President and healthcare marketing strategist at JMK3 Consultants, LLC from January 2015 to November 2016. In addition, they founded and served as the CEO of Kane and Finkel from January 1997 to August 2014. John has also held various positions at Medicus, A Publicis Company, FCB Healthcare, and Lavey/Wolff/Swift throughout their career.

John Kane attended Adelphi University from 1978 to 1981, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. John then pursued their interest in Graphic Design and enrolled at the School of Visual Arts from 1980 to 1983. In terms of additional certifications, John obtained a certification in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in June 2020 and gained another certification in Leading with Applied Improv from LinkedIn in October 2016.
