Pia Skanvig Maretti

Pia Skanvig Maretti is the current Head of People & Culture at MedTrace Pharma. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Administration at Magnusson from November 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for solving the general tasks of daily administration and management of the admin staff, as well as supporting the equity partners in the company strategy and development. Pia was also key in the business development, sales support, and marketing for the company, and was a member of the Magnusson International group of cross border marketing, and marketing lead in different project groups.

From August 2016 to December 2018, Pia Skanvig Maretti worked as an HR Consultant at CMC Biologics. In this role, they solved tasks within different HR processes, including recruitment, internal HR, and HR & finance. Pia was responsible for creating job ads, posting them, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, preparing employment contracts, facilitating exit interviews and updating HR KPIs. Within internal HR, they facilitated personnel appraisals and introductions for new employees. For HR & finance, they prepared and updated headcounts and different statistics related to the HR area.
