Lauren Leccese

Lauren Leccese currently serves as the Head of US Programs at Medtronic LABS, a position held since May 2022, where focus is on developing innovative healthcare delivery models for underserved populations. Prior experience at Medtronic includes roles as Principal Commercial Marketing Associate for Diabetes Latin America, managing the Smart MDI product portfolio, and as a Senior Strategy and Innovation Fellow, where Lauren piloted a diabetes and hypertension care model. Additional roles include an MBA internship in Global Upstream Marketing at Medtronic, and positions as an analyst at Arabella Advisors and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where Lauren contributed to impactful health strategies and programs. Lauren holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.
