Samuel Kang

Samuel G. Kang'a is an experienced professional in health informatics and technology management with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Medtronic LABS, Samuel is responsible for bridging communication between stakeholders and the development team for the SPICE product. Previous positions include Technical Program Manager at Medtronic LABS, where the focus was on aligning digital health solutions with global standards, and Senior Project Manager at Ona Kenya, overseeing health-related projects. Samuel's earlier roles included Relationship Manager at Medic Mobile and Technical Advisor at I-TECH Kenya, collaborating with the Ministry of Health in developing health IT standards. Samuel holds a Fellowship in Health Informatics from the University of Nairobi, a Master’s in Information Technology from Strathmore University, and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
