Alana Bergman

Alana Bergman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and legal operations within the medical devices industry. Currently serving as the Vice President, Managing Counsel, and Head of Legal Operations at Medtronic since January 2015, Alana has also held roles as Senior IP Director and Associate General Counsel in the same organization. Prior experiences include Associate General Counsel at Covidien, Senior Patent Counsel and Patent Counsel at Boston Scientific CRM, and Patent Attorney positions at Zimmer Spine and Kinney & Lange. Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from North Dakota State University and a Juris Doctor from The University of North Dakota School of Law.
