Ali Dianaty

Ali Dianaty is a seasoned executive in the medical technology field, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Innovation and Operations for Diabetes at Medtronic since May 2016. With extensive experience leading research and development efforts for diabetes-related devices, Ali's responsibilities include overseeing R&D initiatives across pumps, sensors, algorithms, and data science. Prior to Medtronic, Ali spent over a decade at St. Jude Medical, where leadership roles encompassed Vice President of Research and Development and Global Program Management, focusing on implantable devices in cardiac rhythm management. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
