Allie Bencho

Allie Bencho is a Field Conversion Specialist in Specialty Surgery at Medtronic, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Allie worked at Russell Tobin from August 2021 to September 2023, holding positions as a Senior Associate and Associate. Experience at Meta as an RPO during August 2021 to May 2022 complements earlier work with Erlanger Health System as an Erlanger Scholar in Marketing and Public Relations from May 2019 to April 2020. Allie's career began as a Dog Trainer at Blowing Springs Kennel from December 2016 to May 2019 and included a brief stint as a Hostess at Hennen's Restaurant in early 2016. Allie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 2015 and 2019.
