Ben Nicholes

Ben Nicholes has a robust background in engineering, particularly in manufacturing and materials science. Currently serving as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic since May 2019, Ben executed a comprehensive Installation Qualification plan for a new laser welding workstation and authored related documentation under the Business Quality Management System. Simultaneously, Ben has been a Summer Intern at Elucent Medical since June 2018, contributing to a pioneering project aimed at assisting surgeons in 3D locating breast tumors. Additionally, Ben operates a self-employed reselling business through Amazon and previously held a Technical Aide position at 3M, focusing on research and development of thin polymer films. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Northland College.
